A quotation has to be created and linked with the already created Customer. To create a quotation, use: Sales>Quotation>Create. This will open up a page that can be used to fill in the quotation related information.
- Select the Customer from the drop-down menu. This will auto-fill more field such as invoice address, delivery address, pricelist, Warehouse.
- Update the dates to the correct ones.
- Update the Warehouse the stock is expected to be picked from, if different from the auto-selected.
- Click Add an item and update the details.
- Select the delivery method.
Add an item that will open the lines page.
Ensure to fill the relevant information in each field such as Product, Quantity, Unit Price delivery lead time, procurement method, description.
