Below is a screenshot of the Outgoing page. The screen below allows you to see all messages that have been generated by the system (automated and manually). This also allows you to also see the state, provider status, campaign as well as other information.
Incoming
Incoming messages is the log for incoming messages -every message received is logged for tractability. This also allows users to see their status, tags, and actions. Most incoming messages will mainly come from the sale agents giving leads.
