The purpose of this documentation is to show what are the flexx40 activities done in pulse 1.0 compared to other IoT devices and appliances, in fact, it shares the same activities but upgrades, creating technical issues, Replacement, and repossession, are not yet permitted.
Upgrades: as you know one of the requirements of upgrading, a CU must be attached to a customer and its status must be enabled but Flexx40 does not have CU status and it does not have IOT functionalities, this means that the option of upgrading Flexx40 in the pulse is not permitted
2. Technical Issue: Creating a Technical issue in pulse requires products to have symptoms but Flexx40 does not have any symptoms so far, this means that it is not permitted to create a technical issue in the pulse, and no option to save that record appears.
