Open CRM > Bboxx Customer. Search and open the Customer.
Go to Admin Actions tab> Click on Sync workflow and step workflow.
Go to PAYG. Search and open the Customer.
Go to supervisor tab. Click on voluntary repossession.
Click on Voluntary Repossession
The confirmation message will appear and click on Ok to proceed
You will be asked to fill in the reason for triggering repossession and Save
The Repossession approval form will appear
The Status will change to Pending Repossession
