An agent can search for any customer:

1. using Customer (Bboxx) ID/name/phone

2. by location:

   1. Agent shop

   2. Global Search

3. by Customer status: only one status can be selected at a time

4. by Agent filter:

   1. All: Agent customers + Portfolio

   2. Agent customers: customers that the agent has signed up.
