Introduction
The top 2 main metrics in Retail are Sales and Portfolio Management, and currently we don’t have a way to define somebody’s portfolio so that s/he can perform the aftersales actions such as convincing customers to pay and earn a portfolio bonus (in other words, keeping the portfolio healthy), etc.
This is where we have decided to introduce an account manager for customers' accounts.
An account manager is any user that the OpCo decides to set as an account manager for the specific account (customer account).
Description
On the customer’s account landing page, we can find the account manager on the “Other” section on the left-side of the page where we get to see the customer’s account’s details.
Acceptance Criteria
An account manager is any user that the OpCo decides to set as an account manager for the specific account (customer account)
The account manager can be set on the customer account level, not on the sale order level and not on the contract level
