Page Comparison

A search icon helps a sales agent search for customer details based on different criteria. It also automatically loads the customer list when the user navigates to the customer search tab.

An agent can search for any customer:

1. by location:

   1. Agent shop

   2. Global Search

2. by Contract status: only one status can be selected at a time

3. by Agent filter:

   1. All: Agent customers + Portfolio

   2. Agent customers: customers that the agent has signed up.
