Bulk Opt-out is to update a large number of accounts that are eligible to Opt-Out, and Admin user has the users with Admin and Back Office Management have permission to do the Bulk Opt-Out. There is an option to bulk upload a CSV or Excel file with Opt-out accounts on the customer page:
