As an OpCo I want to give ESF only customers an option to can Opt-Out so that they are no longer paying for the subscription

Acceptance Criteria

...

; a customer has

...

10

...

years ESF contract

...

and the customer has

...

completed paying the appliance requirements of an ESF contract, they have an option to opt-out

...

; the majority of the OpCos it is 3 years but for Rwanda the customer has to pay an extra year (4 years) for ESF before they can opt-out even if they have finished paying for the appliances.

...

To be eligible to Opt-out of the ESF contract, it should be the only active contract for the customer.

...

...

Eligibility

A customer should have at least 3 years of the contract paid before Opt-out is available, for example on the below screen, the customer hasn’t paid 3 years; the total paid to date is 94.81 and the contract value is 523.93, the customer should have at least paid 157.2 = 523.93/10*3 (used to be called “Amount until ESF” in Pulse1/ERP) for the opt-out option

...

to be available.

...

Contract/Account/CU status

Once a customer is opt-out, their CU should be unlocked (“enabled”), the contract becomes finishedandthe account becomes “inactive

...

Status on FE will be ‘opt-out’

...

Any element created for implementation details will not be visible to the user

...

” and the ESF contract becomes “opt-out”.

...

N.B: On the invoicing side; the contract will be written off similar to cancelling contract

...

Reporting contracts to be marked as completed and the account as inactive

...

Note

To create an approval step once the permissions to grant opt-outs is expanded
