This option applies if a customer opt out or no longer want a Bboxx product. NGU can use this feature to update customers application that is under Awaiting for confirmation or Book installation for a long period of time.

Check the customer account if the customer state was change.
FYI You can still revert it back from “not wish to buy” to “application form incomplete” by resetting customer application in the event that the customer change their mind in the future.
