Introduction

This document aims to highlight how Pulse users can add an entire package to a field staff stock location to avoid entering each row one by one.

This action can be done with the following roles:

  • Admin

  • Back Office Management

  • Field Management

Description

Below are the steps to follow to add a package to a filed staff in detail:

  • On Pulse 2.0, click on the 9 dots on the top right part, and then click on the Inventory icon.

  • Once you’re on the Inventory List landing page, click the Move Stock button.

  • Next, you will land on the Send Stock page, and to add a package, you will click on the Add Package button

  • Once you click on the button to add a package, you will need to select a package that you wish to move.

  • Once a package is selected, there’s a summary of the products that will be added to stock.

  • A preview of the products in the package is shown after the user clicks on Add.
