Bonus and Bundles are rewards to the customers when they make larger payments.
Configuration of Bonus and Bundles are made by
- Call Center Supervisor
- Customer Service Manager
To Access the bundles Menu:
- CRM > Bundles, then click “Create”
- Bundle Name: what you want to call the bundle in "Marketing language"
- Trigger amount: is how many (Days) (Weeks*7) The customer needs to buy to activate the bundle, seconds are calculated automatically
- Reward amount (Days): Reward amount is how many free days the customer gets for earning the bundle
- Journal: This is the discount per NGU
Click on Customer group > Add an item
- If a customer group already exists , simply select it
To create a new customer group click "create"
- Add the name of the customer Group, it can be a specific Shop r a certain group of people
- Click on Add an item
Filter by or select a Shop
- Shop
- Customers
A group of customers will appear and make sure that the list is complete
- Click on Save and Close if it is only one group to be created
- Click on Save and New if there are more groups to be created
A Group or Groups created will appear and you will be able to select it.
Save and the Bundle or Bonus will be given each time a customer pays an amount that triggers the Bonus.
