Problem:
Grace days are missing.
i.e customers account .
Isolating the issue:
Confirm how many customers were affected.
Check the shop on the customers accounts that were affected. On this case the common denominator is all customers are under Ughelli.
Upon checking one of the reason why this issue occured its because the shop locations is empty and there is no location attached to the shop.
Fix:
Escalate it to SCT. Informed them that the shop location is empty.
Inform the NGU that regarding the root cause and ask them where they want this shop to cover geographically.
The NGU need to be specific on which locations (names and location types), they want (i.e Ughelli) shop to cover. If it’s the whole State, the State name is enough, they don't need to list all the Local Government Areas inside that State
Once you have the data forward it to SCT. With their approval you can assign the locations to that shop through
Sales Agents > Configurations > Sales Territories > Search Territories>use advanced search> type = local> location (i.e ughelli north)>
( You need to have a confirmation coming from SCT before executing it.)

After updating the location of all shops that has been affected. Advise the user that all new customers from the said shop will have grace days going forward. And for those account that has a tenurity of more than 6 months leave them as it is. Advise them that they can reset customers account who are below 6 months to apply the fix.
i.e Customer account that was installed the day after updating the location of the shop.
