This option applies if a customer opt out or no longer want a Bboxx product. NGU can use this feature to update customers application that is under Awaiting for confirmation or Book installation for a long period of time.
CRM>application sign up and search for customer ID
Select the customer account> edit> reset the application>save
Before selecting “not wish to buy”. reset the application first so that it will remove the action from book installation state.
go back to the account> as you can see client status now is under “application form incomplete”
Repeat the process but this time select “not wish to buy” then hit save
Check the customer account if the customer state was change.
You can still revert it back from “not wish to buy” to “application form incomplete” by resetting customer application in the event that the customer change their mind in the future.
