Background :
It has appeared that on some new NGUs, there is a mistake whereby the technician visit is not well configured.
This resulted in a missing button during the recording of a technician visit action on both ERP and Pulse.
This action can only be performed by the following roles:
- IT Support
- Call Center Supervisor
- Customer Service Manager
How to enable missing button:
GO to CRM -→ Configurations → CRM Config → Technician Visit → Max. number of technician visits per ticket and set it with a Number.
