After creating or search for an agent, you will be taken to the following view.
This form shows an overview of all the agents details.
This guide will explain the four red buttons at the top of the page being the following:
- Agent Statistics
- Agent Customers
- Agent Playslip
- Agent Portfolio Customers
Agent Statistics
If you click into Agent Statistics you will see multiple graphs on the agent in question, such as the amount of customers that fall under the agent and what state they are in, their commissions, and their sales and upgrades.
Commissions by State
This graph shows the commissions earned by the agent by state, being Invoiced, Draft and Cancelled.
Invoiced are payments that have been confirmed by the system.
Draft are payments that have not yet been confirmed.
Cancelled are payments that have been voided.
Invoiced Commissions
This graph shows you an agents commissions categorized by new sales and sale upgrades.
New Sales/ Upgrades
This graph shows all new sales and upgrades made by the agent, which is measured monthly.
Ranking Points
The Ranking Points will show you the amount of points earned in that month.
Agent Portfolio
Agent Portfolio shows you a breakdown of the customers for the agent. You can move the mouse over each section for a further breakdown.
Agent Customers/ Agent Portfolio Customers
Both pages have a similar view, however different results.
Agent's Customers page show you all the customers that the agent made a direct sale to.
Agent Portfolio Customers page shows you all the customers in the agent's area.
From here you can quickly see the status of the customer and their history.
If a customer has a box under the “Is a Good Customer” tab, then you can see they have been installed.
If the box is ticked, then it will show you that they have paid at least 95% (default- this can be changed in the configurations) of payments to date.
You can click into each one and get a more detailed view of the customer. This will also show the sign-up products and monthly installments of customer.
Agent Payslip
Agent Payslips will show you all the payslips from that agent since they began working with the company.
By clicking into one, you can see a more detailed view on the commission statement, as shown below.
As on the left, you can see the description of the payment and what stage it is currently in.
For example, we can see the second payment on the list is a stage 1 payment, which amounts to 50% of the total.
A stage 2 will be awarded after the Down Payment and 2 months’ worth of payments.
