Bulk update Unblock list of customers

This Documentation can be used by:

To bulk update the unblocked list of customers we need to export the list you want to update.

Go to ERP > CRM > Applications > Filter (Advance Search) and Export the unblocked list(Blacklisted) you want to update

Open

Sample Filter on Advance Search:

• Pending repossession

• Shop

• Blacklisted

Open

Select the customers and click export

Change the Export Type to “Export all data” and add Customer ID as Fields to Export then export the file

Once downloaded, Open the file and add the Row “Blacklisted” then add field “FALSE”

Now we can proceed to unblock the list ERP > CRM >Application Sign-Up > Import

Validate and Upload the File
