One by one Opt-Out

As an OpCo I want to give ESF only customers an option to Opt-Out so that they are no longer paying for the subscription

Acceptance Criteria

1. A customer has a 10 year ESF contract.

2. Once a customer has complete paying the appliance requirements of an ESF contract they have an option to opt-out.

   1. For the majority of the OpCos it is 3 years but for Rwanda the customer has to pay an extra year for ESF before they can opt-out.

3. To be eligible to Opt-out of the ESF contract, it should be the only active contract for the customer. 

   1. If there are upgrades, they need to be finished before the opt-out option is available.

4. Once a customer is opt-out their CU should be unlocked, the contract becomes finished and the account inactive

5. Status on FE will be ‘opt-out’

6. Any element created for implementation details will not be visible to the user

7. The invoicing side – the contract will be written off similar to cancelling contract

8. Reporting contracts to be marked as completed and the account as inactive

9. Admin should have permissions to do Opt-outs.
