CSCC: client, cannot be selected in the CSCC module.

This action can only be performed by these following roles:

  • Call Center Supervisor
  • Customer Service Manager

In the CSCC module, most of the time we use customer ID to search easily in the system, but in some cases, a possible client name was not listed or cannot be selected.

How to troubleshoot the issue:

  • on CRM> Search for the customer ID
  • On Personal Information Tab > check the Matched Customer if correct. (Note Matched customer it should be same on client name)
  • If matched Customer is no details or wrong details Please correct it.
    • Edit Information
    • Matched Customer arrow down and select Search more
    •  
    • Search for a customer ID and select.
    •  
    • The matched Customer will be updated now.
  • Save the details once it is corrected.
