Customer not receiving SMS
Investigate the issue with the below steps:
- In ERP>SMS>Outgoing, search the SMS status using the customer ID.
- If the SMS is present, check both the state and Provider status.
- If the status is sent, check in Africa talking.
- If the state is error, Provider status UserInBlacklist.
- Run an SMS and call test from your phone.
- If the test result is successful, might be worth investigating an application and registered number in ERP.
- If unsuccessful, follow up with the Provider or change the number.
