INCOMING SHIPMENTS

This is used by the following roles;

• Logistics Officer

This is used by Logistics Officers to receive incoming purchase orders. 

When a purchase has been made, a Sales order is created which is attached to a purchase order and verified by the accounting team and the LO receives them from here when they are physically delivered.

When you click on one of the purchase orders that is at ready to receive, you can see the list of the products, quantities, destination location, and the status of the products. there is also an option to receive the products
