When you experience a slow/unusual loading speed for ERP, try the following:

  1. Ensure the internet is working fine with other web pages.
  2. Check if other users are experiencing the same.
  3. Wait for 10-15 minutes in case of possible deployment taking place to stabilise.
  4. If the issue persists after waiting, send a ticket and assign it high priority.
