What is Agent Grouping?

This is a feature requested by NGUs (for i.e.: Kenya & DRC), to help them group certain agents and allow them to see the product that others don’t see in the agent app.

When can this be applied/needed?

  • During the pilot on certain shops

    • on either new pricing, or

    • new or optional ESF, or

    • new products

  • etc…
