Home Page
The home page of the agent app has the following information:
Agent Name
Country: the country that the agent’s NGU operates in.
Agent Territory: Territory that the agent is linked to.
Agent Shop: the shop that the agent belongs to.
Leads: number of leads created in the current month that have not yet paid the downpayment.
Down Payments: number of customers who have paid the downpayment in the current month.
Installations: Number of agent’s customers installed in the current month, regardless of the signup month.
Next Actions: Number of actions that an agent needs to take for his portfolio performance
Create a new lead: to create a new lead, an agent needs to click on the plus sign on the home page.
Menu: with the menu, an agent can access different pages.
NOTE: You can refresh the page by dragging down with one finger on the Home screen.
Leads
In the leads section, we have 2 tabs:
Pay Down Payment: customers whose application was submitted successfully and have not yet paid the downpayment
Draft: incomplete applications saved for later.
Note: these drafts are saved in the phone’s memory. You can’t find them when using another device.
Down Payments
This a number of customers who have paid the downpayment in the current month. We have 2 tabs:
Awaiting CSCC Verification: these are the customers who paid the DP, but their payment is not yet confirmed by Call Centre.
Book Installation: customers whose payment is confirmed by Call Centre, and they are ready to be installed.
Installations
List of customers who have been installed in the current month.

Next Actions
Actions that the agent needs to take. It has 3 tabs:
Down Payments: All the customers who have not paid the down payment
Late: customers who missed some payments and are switched off but not yet defaulted
Defaulted: customers who have defaulted.
And an agent can filter by:
Agent Customers: customers that the agent has signed up, regardless of their installation address.
Portfolio Customers: customers installed in the agent territory boundaries.
Both: both the above filters combined.
