Pulse : Scheduling
This module is used to assign the below tasks to a technician and schedule it by assigning a date to the action
installation
repossession
technician visit
install upgrade
assign stock
Stock is not assigned to the technician, only a technician is linked to this particular action
You will see below screenshot that the technician employee code and name in the action whereas for the other action which is not linked to a technician does not have the technician details.
Scheduled assign stock vs. Assign stock not scheduled:

This action can be performed by these following roles:
Shop Manager
Retail Supervisor
This is how to Schedule pending action:
Choose Scheduling in the action Menu
Choose the Area (e.g Province)
Dropdown the arrow to a specific Province and click the action need to plot a schedule (e.g repossession).
All customer will be listed, click the customer and start plotting the schedule by assigning the staff name and date then submit
Technicians list
After the assigning actions to the technician , Shop Manager can print “To-do” list for work that needs to be done for their technician (If I they have access to a printer).
Access the “Technicians” at the upper right corner.
Select the Technician and under Confirmed action , click the “print” icon to select a date range starting to Scheduled date + 3days (e.g from 13/3/2021 to 16/3/2021)
Click the “Print Preview” to Preview the form before printing.

to change a technician or the date you have to click on first icon (technician list ) or second icon (Calendar).
If the technician you are searching for is in the same shop that you are logged in as then you should see the technician in the first list otherwise click on “All”.
To load the full list of technician, the application will take significant amount of time.
click on the technician name or the date when the action plotted, then the action you want to edit.
change either date or the technician name.
NB: In this module only technician and assign a date to the action can be changed. If an action is already scheduled and assigned to a technician, and you open that action and remove the date, the action will appear under pending action in the technician list
