Solution

Have you tried resetting your password using user.bboxx.co.uk

Click the Forgotten Password link and continue.


Next you will be prompted to enter your email address and Last name.

You will then be asked for the answers to the two security questions that you choose when you set up your account.

Once this is filled in correctly you will be taken to the next page which will prompt you to type in your new password.
