Home Record a Fulfillment

After the customer paid the down-payment, his contract status will be moved to "Pending Fulfilment" status. And under product action you can see what fulfillment action you need to record, and it depends on the fulfilment method selected during customer sign-up.

There are 2 types of fulfillments

  • Delivery – the product will be delivered to customer home address

  • Collection – the customer will pick up the product in Bboxx shop

1.     Navigate a customer with Pending fulfillment

  • Lookup the customer with "Pending Fulfilment" status using the customer search page. Or

  • Access the Action inside 9 dots at the top-right of the screen. Use the filter list to view all available filter criteria and select the criteria.

    • Add filter button - to add additonal search criteria

 

2.     Record a Fulfillment

  • In a customer profile , click the Pending action (record delivery) under product action. Or

 

  • When the Action used to record the fulfillment, system will show the Delivery details of the customer. Just click the Record Fullfilment button for you to proceed to the next stage.

3.     Select the date/time and staff details.

  • Click the dropdown arrow under Staff Name to assign the right staff name who is issuing the products . The staff email will be auto populated after staff name assigned.

  • Once you have selected the desired staff name and date of fulfillment, click Next.

 

4.     Assign Serial Number.

  • For control units, the serial number is always required. You cannot proceed to the next stage if the serial number is not attached/scanned because the Next button is disabled.

  • Once the Serial Number has been encoded you need to hit “Enter” on your keyboard to validate the Serial number and for the Update form button to be visible.

  • Click Next after assigning the Serial Number to the CU.

 

5.     Summary of Fulfillment

  • This page is where you can review the details of fulfillment . If nothing needs to change , click Save to record the fulfillment.

 

  • You can print a Summary of fulfillment before you submit the form by clicking the Print Summary at the upper right of the page. Then click the “Save” button to print it.

 

6.    Customer profile updated after recording Fulfillment.

  • After the fulfillment is recorded. Some of the information in the customer profile will be updated.

Such as below:

  • Statuses

    • Account Status : from Pending activation to Normal

    • Contract status : from Pending Fulfillment to Active

  • Product & Packages

    • The Serial Number will have a details.

    • Serial Number history

  • Product Action

    • Recorded Fulfillment will moved to Done.
