Home ERP Reset Sales Agent’s password

Sales Agents’ password are created in ERP. This will allow SA to access the Sales Agent application on any mobile devices.

  1. Log into ERP
  2. Select Sales Agents module > Sales Agents tab
  3. Search for the Sales Agent
  4. Click ‘Generate New Password’ under Agent Initial Password
  5. A new password will be generated in the Agent Initial Password field

FYI: Sales Agent can change their password within the Sales Agent App – option menu.
