SS Alerts>Select technical Issue>Edit. In Actions and select Send SMS to Customer in the drop-down Actions list.

In the SMS Template, select create and Edit

This will open SMS template, create SMS Body, select Language, Body Text, Save and Close. Save SMS Template and add it to the alert.
