For customers to be able to recommend their relatives, friends, and neighbors and get rewarded is something that is configured in ERP, and by default, it is not enabled.
This documentation will guide the CSCC Manager on how to activate the referral bonus.
When the referral bonus is not activated CSCC Manager get the following warning message when s/he try to grant the referral bonus to the customer
Error: Referral Bonus needs to be activated in your company
To activate the referral bonus go CRM->Configurations -> CRM Config -> Misc tab >
Tick in the box against Referral Bonuses enabled and work with the accounting team for the Referral Bonus Journal to be created.
