This app works only on android devices with the 4.4 android version and above.

Before having the APP Ready on your device to be used, you will need to download it from Google Playstore and following below steps:

How to download Bboxx App from Google Playstore:

Here are the steps to download the agent app:

• Search on Play store by typing "Bboxx agent app" keyword.
• Click on the Install button to install the app

• Accept all the required permissions.
• When installed, click on the Open button to open the app, which will open the login page.

On the login page, you can:

1. Fill the Username
2. Password
3. View/hide the password
4. See agent's NGU (country/organization): it will be pre-populated
5. Click on Log In

Notes:

• Only an enabled agent can log in to the agent app.
• Password should be correct (and the default password is provided by the Agent Admin).
• You cannot log in to the agent app without an internet connection.
