All the agent customers who have not yet paid the downpayment. There are 3 types:

• Active: Leads that are in pay down payment status

• Archived: Leads that have expired

• Draft: saved as a draft.

An agent can sort in alphabetical order by:

• Ascending

• Descending

There is a plus sign that helps an agent to get to the new lead form.
