The Logistic Officer is the one can create the New Delivery in Pulse. But Shop Manager and Retail Supervisor have this function also.
The deliveries need to create and/or edit prior to pickup by driver.
Drivers collect deliveries and drive to destination
Shop managers at destination receive deliveries from drivers and confirm quantities of goods received.
To Record the New Delivery, please see the below steps.
Choose Delivery in the Action Menu.
Deliveries Records will show together with the New Delivery form.
Fill in the Page with the valid required information.
Note: All fields with an asterisk ( * ) are all required to have information.
Adding the Stock Details, you must encode the Product Name, Product Code (but it will auto-filled in once selected the right Product Name) and Qty.
Click the " + " sign to add the stock details > click Save.
To update delivery details
In Delivery record list , choose the delivery need to update .
After updating , click update delivery button to save the changes.
To Receive Delivery
In Delivery Record, click the delivery need to receive.
Click “Delivery Received” button.
