Home Pulse: Sending SMS

To send SMS in Pulse, click on the 9-dots menu > Customers menu > Search for a customer.

 

  • Search for the customer you want to send the SMS to.

  • Click on the Call Centre icon in the upper right corner

  • Click on Send SMS.

  • And the SMS form will pop up.

  • Select the number where will you send SMS

    • NOTE: if the customer has multiple phones, you can select one of them and you cannot send an SMS to both phone numbers at once.

  • The sent SMS can be visible under the Communications section.
