How to export a report from ERP

Any available data across ERP can be exported in the system

This action can only be performed by these following roles:

  • Anyone who has access to ERP

 

To filter specific data , Advanced Search (search button) can be used

  • 1. Go to the specific module (e.g CRM) > in  Advanced search, filter the data that you need to be export.

  • Click on return number field and select unlimited > Use the More function > Export the fields you want

  • Add all the fields that you need to be export in your report. Bulk Data Exporting.

Note: You can save the field list so you can use it next you need the same report. There is case ERP that can't export bulk data.
