This feature is used by the following roles;

  • Logistics officer

  • Retail Supervisor

  • IT Support

From here you can check for how much stock you have or had in a location at a specified period of time. 

You select the period from and to, Locations, product codes and names. 

You can either specify the location or not. If you select a location, it will show the stock in the location specified, if the location is not specified, it will show the stock for all locations in that NGU. The same applies to the date

N.B: To get reasonable numbers, check the checkbox to hide zeros.

and then when you click on get stock level, it shows the stock level available in all locations. 

From the screenshot, you can see that there are informations like the available stock and the physical stock where you can check the balance between the stock they have physically and the stock the system calculates according to the moves that were recorded.
