CSCC: How to create call scripts

To create new call scripts.

The creation of new scripts can be done by Call Center Manager.

To proceed with creating a new call script, just go to CSCC > Call Script > Create.

1. Set the header information

  • Call Script name: e.g DP Call

  • Responsible: Name of creator

  • Type: where the call script need to reflect

  • Email Notification on Answer: This always be ticked for reference of the call

  • Maximum Answer limit and Maximum Answer per user: This should be maximized to avoid limitation issues.

2. Set Call Script Details

  • Click Add an Item to add questioners

  • Always put Page Title > Add an item for questioners

  • Click Save & Close or Save & New if there are other questions to be made

 

NB: 

  • Please make sure the questions because you cannot edit the text or type of a question once it has been created

  • You cannot delete answers instead set untick 'active' if you do not want the answers to appear in calls.

3. Once all set, click Save to create the Call script

4. Check if the call script was correct.
