Sales / CRM Location

The purpose of this session is to show how to create ERP location during the NGU set-up or updating new location to the existing NGU.

Below step to be followed:

    1. Create Federal State in
  • Sales/configuration/Address Book/Localisation/Fed
    1. Check territory types (=level structure)
  • Sales Agent/Configuration/Sales territories/Territory Type and create manually
    Following fields must be filled
    1. Country
    2. Level Name
    3. Level number (index starting at 1)
    4. Flag one level as 'sales agent level'
    1. Update the location placeholder based on territory type in Settings/Configuration/Location Labels
    2. Create first sales location level below the country (usually similar to federal state)
  • Sales Agent/configuration/Sales territories/Search territories
    Create them manually using create button
    1. Upload all locations below the first level using Sergio's wizard
      instructions: Create/Import Locations
  • Here are details on how to create the CSV using this template  
    1. Copy all loc name, one level at a time, with all parents.
    2. Remove duplicate
    3. Remove coma ',' and point '.'
    4. Extend formula
    5. Save as CSV UTF 8 the 4 important columns
    6. In Notepad++ remove /r & /t
