Issue related to permissions from Retail Supervisor. The Retail Supervisor must inherit the CSCC Operator permissions as this will allow the user to set certain actions in the back end.

Check if the group contains the CSCC Operator permission

  1. Settings > Groups > search Retail Supervisors > Inherited > sales/CSCC Operator

To fix the customer

  1. CRM module
  2. PAYG > search for the customer
  3. More drop down menu > select (Admin) PAYG Installed
