Copy of ERP User Unable to View Data
A user has the correct permissions but unable to view certain information i.e. SA Draft Commissions
- Check if there are any conflicting permissions such as Read Only. Clear user's web browser cache. The last resort is to delete the user’s profile
- Settings > Users > search for the user > select the user > More drop down and select Delete
Prerequisite: take a copy of the user’s permission as you may need to manually add the permissions after deleting the user’s profile.
