Copy of ERP User Unable to View Data

A user has the correct permissions but unable to view certain information i.e. SA Draft Commissions

  1. Check if there are any conflicting permissions such as Read Only. Clear user's web browser cache. The last resort is to delete the user’s profile
  2. Settings > Users > search for the user > select the user > More drop down and select Delete

Prerequisite: take a copy of the user’s permission as you may need to manually add the permissions after deleting the user’s profile.
