CCSC unable to register calls.

A “Warning: You cannot answer this survey more than 1 times” when trying to register a specific reason for a call.

e.g Reason: General issue.

To register any call:

  • CSCC> Incoming Call > Select a reason form the list

  • If it's an old client: search by ID, Name or Phone number
    It is at this stage where the error message comes up when the reason is General Issue for this particular user.


Finding:

  • The problem was that the call scripts were restricted to a certain number of usage.

 

To solve :

  • Go to CSCC > Call Script > find the Call script (e.g General issue) > click the 3 line > Edit

  • Increase the Maximum Answer per user from 1 to 99999.
