Flexx40 CRM configurations - Normal Sales

The purpose of CRM configuration is to modify the days at assign stock and days at installation and to add and change Sms in the preferred language. This can be done by:

• CSCC Manager

• Pulse support

Assign Stock

This is how you can modify the days at assign stock & days at installation

Go to CRM> Choose CRM config>Choose BBoxx flexx>change Days At Assign Stock &Days At Installation

Open

Add SMS and change it to the preferred language

Click on SMS template>click Add an item

Open

choose the language>Type the SMS in the body text>click save&new

Sms will be added then click save
