Devices Map/Dashboard

Introduction

This article will guide you through the process of viewing a device map and dashboard.

This module is accessible to users with the "Devices Search" role.

To access the device map,

  • The user must have Smart-api-entity or Smart-api-admin permissions.

Step1: To access the products dashboard

Click on the highlighted icon.

  • You will be directed to the dashboard of the products with different information, including product type, status, repairs, etc.

Click on the highlighted icon.

  • You will be prompted to choose the next-generation utility you want to access its products map

The user with global location access should be able to select a location.

Step2: To access the Product map

  • To display the product map, click the icon in the upper-right corner of the page.

You can choose a place to see on the map if you have global access. If there are none, the location will not be listed, and the map's location will just be the same as the location of the product dashboard.

 

  • This will bring you to the product map.
