Introduction

This document explains how to access the device's Information in Pulse 2.0

This module is accessible to users with the "Devices Search" role.

Here are the brief instructions

  • Go to nine dots and then choose devices

  • After clicking on "Devices," there are two ways to search for a device: either by selecting "Devices" or "Smart Solar."

  • In the "Devices" section, users can search for devices by either serial number or IMEI. All device details will be displayed.

  • The serial number details include the customer ID to which the serial number is linked. Pulse users can now click on the customer ID to be taken directly to the customer account page.

  • In the “Smart Solar “ section, users can search for products by either serial number or IMEI. All device details will be displayed.

  • Searching a product for an advanced search

  • The advanced search provides additional product details such as Enable Status, Product State, Product Hardware, and Wattage. After entering all the required information, click on "Reset."
