Token History On The Customer Account Page

Token history in pulse 2.0

This is a feature that was added to the customer page in pulse 2.0 for the clients having token devices. A customer that has a token device will see token details on the on-time history tab on the customer account page.

These actions can be viewed by the following group of users:

  • Admin

  • Back Office Management

  • Call Center Advanced

Note: A customer with a token device (Flexx Products) is the one that sees the token.

For one to access this feature you need to pass through the customer account of a customer having Flexx products.

These are the steps to follow in order to get to the token information in pulse 2.0.

  1. You need to go to nine dots > Customer modules and then look for a token device customer.

 

2. Click on the account with Flexx product to open it

3. Scroll down to payment details, from there choose on-time transactions from there you will see token details.

Note: Different credit types will not be mixed on a PAYG account, hence the token number will be added to the payment tile on the customer account page.
