Once the shop manager has assigned a stock to the customer the next step will be recording the installation in Pulse.

This action will be done after the installation at the customer's home before that technician should:

  • Confirm package that will be installed for customer

  • Call customer and confirm exact address and time they will be at the customer’s house

  • Pre-fill the customer contract and installation form with customer details (ID and package) and pack this in the customer’s box

  • Bring a filled installation form and copy of a signed contract from the field which the Shop Manager will use to record the installation on Pulse

After the successful installation the shop manager proceed with recording the installation in Pulse:

This action can be done by:

  • Shop Manager

  • RS

 

  1. Search the customer

2.Click on Open Installation form

3.Fill the form then click on next button

4.Check if the selected products are the ones you wants to deliver to the customer then click on save
