Configuration guide for telesales Commission 

Telesales Representative is a sales representative who uses the telephone to reach potential or existing customers.

This Configurations as it involves many departments:

1. Supply Chain for Shop Creation
2. Sales Team for the rest of the configuration

The process of creating the telesales commission

• Creating a category called Telesales Manager​
• Creating a dummy shop called “Telesales”​
• Creating an agent as a Telesales Manager​
• Creating a Telesales agent Category​
• Configuring Telesales Commission​
• Create a Telesales agent

Creating A category called Telesales 

 Sales Agents > Configurations > Sales Agents > Agent Category > Create​

• The Manager Category will be left blank, because this category will not need a manager
• The Manager doesn’t need any access, that’s why there is no reason to put Security Groups

After filling the required info, click on Save.

Create a dummy Shop called Telesales

• Organisation > Create from template > create

This dummy shop, will be used in creating the agents of categories (Telesales Manager and Telesales Agent),

it will not be needed to sign up customers because Telesales Agent will be using ERP to do the sign-ups.

Creating an agent as a Telesales Manager​

Sales Agents > Sales Agents > Create

• Create a dummy territory called “Telesales” ​
• Make sure that the created territory is under the Telesales created shop 
• Create a Telesales Manager

Creating a Telesales agent Category​

by filling this form

• In the category, select Telesales Manager
• You can name this agent the way you want
• In Shop, select Telesales

Assigning Telesales Manager to a Dummy territory​

In work locations. Click on Add an item, then click on Create (on the next page you will get)

• Give a name to the territory
• Give it a code (it should be 3 characters)
• Select type of the location you want to create (but because this will be a manager, it would be better to create a type which is above the defined work location for an agent)​
• Select the parent location​
• The shop will be selected automatically

Click on Save and Close.

 After filling the required info, click on Save​

Create Telesales agent Category​

 The CSCC manager will define which access this agent will have.

After filling the required info click on save.

Telesales Commission Configuration​

Sales Agents > Configurations > Sales Agents > Commissions > Types > Base Types > New Sale > Edit​

• Define the % that a Telesales agent will get and give the rest to the manager​
• Remember that these percentages are applied to defined SA commission of each product that can be sold

• Create the agent as a Telesales Agent Category​
• Set the manager​
