How to send a Manual SMS to the customer

This documentation shows you how you can send an SMS manually to the customer

This action can be performed by:

. Admin

. Back Office Management

. Call Center Basic

. Call Center Advanced

To send a manual SMS go to 9 dots>customer

Select/search for the customer you want to send an SMS to, and click on the button of send SMS

Click on send SMS, and type the SMS you want to send then click on send, the SMS will be delivered to the customer.
