Flexx40 record Repossession

When the customer breaches the contract, the products will be repossessed from the customer's house and the shop technician will repossess them, once the products are brought to the shop manager will record the repossession.

This action can be performed by:

  • Shop Manager

  • Logistic Officer

  • Cscc Supervisor

  • Cscc Manager

  • IT support

This is the process of how to record the flexx40 repossession

  • Search for the customer

 

  • Click on application >Products action>Record repossession

  • Fill in the information required then click Save
