This documentation guide a user on how to record a flexx40 technical issue, and this action can be performed by:

  • Cscc Supervisor

  • Call Operator

  • Shop Manager

  • Cscc Manager

 

  1. Search for the customer

2. Click on products action >record technical issue

3. Fill in the required information, here you will choose if you record the technical issue for follow-up, replacement in the shop, or visit of Technician

4. Flexx40 technical issue will be created
